Bufferyard B and D Regulations
According to A & L Guidelines 4.2.1 individual homeowners are not permitted to trim, cut or change in any manner the native vegetation on Canoa Northwest HOA common ground controlled by Pima County (bufferyard B and D). No live native vegetation may be cut or otherwise removed from Pima County controlled common areas. All changes made to these areas shall be under the direct supervision of the Grounds Committee after the homeowner files the necessary Grounds Committee Maintenance Request form. If homeowners take it upon themselves to remove vegetation from these areas, the county and/or the HOA will require the homeowner to replace the vegetation at the homeowner's expense.
